Data Deletion
You can remove your CreatorAssets.ai account, generated content, and connected social tokens at any time.
Option 1 — Delete from the app
- Sign in at app.creatorassets.ai.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Click Delete account and confirm.
This removes your profile, generated content, connected Meta tokens, and organization data within 30 days.
Option 2 — Disconnect just your Facebook or Instagram
If you only want us to stop accessing your Meta account while keeping your CreatorAssets account:
- Go to Settings → Integrations in the app and click Disconnect next to the affected account, or
- Remove CreatorAssets from Facebook: facebook.com/settings → Business Integrations.
When you disconnect, we immediately revoke the stored access token and delete any pending scheduled posts that require that account.
Option 3 — Email us
If you cannot sign in, or prefer not to use the app, email support@creatorassets.ai from the address associated with your account and include the subject line “Data deletion request.” We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile, authentication record, and organization membership.
- Generated logos, captions, posts, uploads, and brand assets.
- Connected Meta access tokens and Page/Instagram linkages.
- Stripe customer link (billing records may be retained where required by law).
We may retain minimal records (e.g., invoices, security/audit logs) for as long as required by law or to prevent fraud.
