Privacy Policy

CreatorAssets.ai (“CreatorAssets,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI-generated marketing content and social media scheduling tools for creators and small businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our services at creatorassets.ai (the “Service”), you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Account information

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and (via Supabase Auth) an authentication identifier. If you sign in with Google or another provider, we receive the profile data that provider shares with us.

Content you create

We store the prompts, brand assets, images, captions, and posts you generate or upload. This content is associated with your organization and is private by default.

Connected social accounts

When you connect a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) account, we receive an access token and metadata about the Pages and Instagram Business accounts you choose to link. We use these tokens solely to publish content you schedule through the Service. We never post without your explicit action, and we do not read your personal timeline, direct messages, or friends list.

Billing information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. We retain a Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and invoice history to manage your plan.

Usage data

We log basic request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamps, error traces) to operate the Service, prevent abuse, and debug issues.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.

2. How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To generate AI content on your behalf, which requires sending your prompts and selected inputs to our AI providers.
• To publish or schedule content to the social accounts you have connected.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To communicate with you about your account, security alerts, and product updates.
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms.

3. Third-party services

We share information with the following processors strictly to operate the Service:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Vercel — application hosting and edge delivery.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram Graph API) — to publish scheduled posts you create.
• OpenAI and Anthropic — to generate AI captions, prompts, and imagery from your inputs. Per their API terms, these providers do not train on inputs submitted through their business APIs.
• Resend — transactional email (receipts, password resets, alerts).

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Data retention

We retain your account data, generated content, and connected account tokens for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your content and revoke stored social tokens within 30 days, except where we must retain records for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Depending on your jurisdiction (for example, GDPR in the EU/UK or CCPA in California), you may also have the right to data portability, to object to processing, or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

6. Security

We use TLS in transit, encrypted storage at rest, row-level security in our database, and scoped access tokens for connected platforms. No system is perfectly secure; if you discover a vulnerability, please report it to support@creatorassets.ai.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. International users

We operate from the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and any country where our processors operate.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
